THE FACE BEHIND THE LENS

I recently turned twenty six and quite honestly I don’t know what age bracket that falls under anymore… Am I a millenial? Gen Z? A young adult? An old teen? Who knows these days!

Anyway, I was born and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland, but after finishing school I went on to travel and pursue overseas ministry. Whiles traveling I got to meet a range of incredible people, hear many life changing stories, work alongside several ministries and see a world in need of something more.

One of my key tools when travelling was my camera as I continually got to capture moments and document memories. It was from here that my whole trajectory for life changed.

Upon returning home from three years abroad, I fell back into the daily grind of working and settling in but in my free time I was reaching for my camera a lot more. A casual photoshoot here and an engagement session there slowly led to more inquiries and creative ideas. Fast forward a few months and I had booked five weddings (four of which being overseas) and a heck of a lot more shoots in between; ranging from families to newborns, more engagements, local bloggers and businesses.

I have always been a creative at heart. My best and most-loved subject during school was art and I think that’s mainly where I grew a passion for communicating things creatively. Whether it be through a canvas, a camera or a computer, I love to visually articulate things.

So that is me in a nutshell, well at least a small portion of who I am. I’d love to continue this conversation over coffee and find out more about you and how I can offer my photography services!
